Human Rights Policy

Woodstream recognizes the importance of maintaining and promoting the fundamental human rights of our employees and partners by operating under programs and policies that encompass the following standards and we commit to holding our employees and our business associates accountable to these values:

  • Ensure employment is non-discriminatory
  • Maintain and foster a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, including unwelcome and offensive behavior; address and report inappropriate behavior and comments that are or may be perceived as discriminatory, harassing, abusive, offensive or unwelcome

  • Avoid decisions or behaviors that are based on or believed to be based on conscious or unconscious biases
